En mi mente de pintora se entremezclan imágenes e ideas; ocasionalmente, de entre ellas se destaca un grupo más o menos confuso, enfocándose y desenfocándose de modo reiterativo para llamar la atención de mi consciencia. Cuando lo logran, es necesario descifrar su mensaje, en parte visual, en parte conceptual, organizar sus contenidos y componerlos. Surgen así fabulaciones, fantasias materializadas en el dibujo que unas veces es su resultado final, y otras el germen de un cuadro.
En esta entrada os presento dos de estas fabulaciones, a los compases de la "Danza China" del ballet "El Cascanueces", de Tchaikovsky, en la versión de la película "Fantasía".

Fabulaciones (Fantasies)
My artist’s mind mingles images and ideas; occasionally, one somehow mystifying group amongst them stands out, and reiteratively gets focused and blurred again to catch my conscious attention. When this happens I have to decode the encrypted message, partially visual, partially conceptual, and thus organise the contents and build a composition. This is how fables, fabulaciones or fantasies, get to come real drawings, which sometimes are already a final result, sometimes the germ of a future painting.
In this post I present two of these fabulaciones, coming to the strains of the "Chinese Dance" from Tchaikovsky's Ballet "The Nutcracker", in the version of the film "Fantasia".
